In this episode, Dr. Lynn Clark enlightened us once again…he is the well-known author of books, SOS Help for Parents and SOS help for Emotions. His books have been featured on the family TV show, “Everybody Loves Raymond” which by the way I’m a big fan!…anyway, today’s topic is, How to Effectively use TIME OUT with children. Rearing children could be a bit of a challenge, and that’s why we recorded this episode for parents who without a doubt would find this recording invaluable.

Lynn Clark, Ph.D., is a Clinical Psychologist, Professor Emeritus of Psychology at Western Kentucky University where he has taught for over 30 years. Also, he has taught counseling courses in Germany, and Italy as an Adjunct Professor for Education at Boston University. He has traveled the country giving seminars for mental health professionals and educators. Dr. Clark used most of the techniques described in his book, SOS Help for Parents, successfully with his two children as they were growing up.
